They are a genuine cash buyer although there is no mention of their cash reserves.
House Buyer Bureau seemingly offer two avenues to sell your home the quick sale process which they offer 80% of market value in 7-28 days, or a 120-day (4 month) process that offers 90% of value.
They are registered with The Property Ombudsman & The National Association of Property Buyers.
