They promise an approach that is confidential and won’t cost you a penny with no hidden fees.

We’re honoured to have been featured in the media by several leading outlets and major publications
British Home Buyers have one product offering which is their sell house fast service.
On their website, they state, "We will be able to give you an offer and could purchase it within 7 days"
They don't go into too many specifics about their service and what they can offer, but they do state in their USPs:
No Fees at All: No hidden costs, valuation fees, survey fees, legal fees or estate agent fees.
We Work to Your Timescale: Hit your sale deadlines without delay.
No Contacts Until Completion: They state they won't hook you with unfair agreements or option agreements at any point.
Although British Home Buyers claim to only buy properties directly as cash buyers, most of their reviews—both positive and negative—centre around acting as an estate agent, or selling via investors.
More on this later...

British Home Buyers as you can see above, have an incredibly low amount of negative reviews, which is unusual for a business that operates as a property cash buyer, as by its very nature, it can be complex. We would always recommend that potential customers do their own due diligence and exercise caution when researching.
To give you a holistic view of the service and varied opinions, we have picked out three different reviews that show you both the positives and negatives.
I can’t help but feel that the positive reviews are either from indirect clients or paid media because our experience was entirely the opposite. British Home Buyer came to us with big promises, claiming they could guarantee a sale within different timeframes: £725k for a 7-day sale, £745k if we waited 3 weeks, and around £775k in 3 months. They assured us they had a vast network of investors ready to buy properties in our area and even put these guarantees in writing.
However, it was all a lie. Instead of selling to these so-called "investors," they just listed our property on Rightmove like any other agent. No investors, no viewings, nothing. It was a complete waste of time.
I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company. Don't trust their promises, no matter how convincing they may seem.

British Home Buyers may be able to help you buy a home but when they tell you that they have a huge 'black book of investors' that will buy your home, it's certainly not something we witnessed to be true at all. They were unable to generate any interest in our property. There is absolutely no evidence for this 'database of investors,' that they claimed to have, they don't even advertise your property to their internal marketing database as a rental opportunity, they don't use the rental value or any of the information they ask you for at the outset. All they do is write the ad and put it on Rightmove just like everyone else. Once you are working with them they tell you the exact opposite of what they told you to get you to sign up. Ie, before sign up - [Click the above link to read more]
