Quick Buyers is a nationwide property company that offers to buy your home in England or Wales, regardless of its type, location or condition. The basis of its service is to provide a cash offer within a day of you getting in touch and, if you accept it, buy your house within 14 days.
Whether you are looking to relocate quickly for a job or after a divorce, or you want to sell an inherited property, for instance, you can take advantage of Quick Buyers’ services.
We’re honoured to have been featured in the media by several leading outlets and major publications
Quick Buyers Ltd was previously registered at an address in Cheshire, but was marked as ‘Dissolved’ as of 28 July 2015, according to Companies House.
However, new indications, including reviews on other websites, suggest that the cash house buyer is based at an address in Stockport: London House, London Rd S, Poynton, Stockport SK12 1YP.
Its website is unresponsive, so this information can’t be verified at the time of writing, but a listing appears at this address via a search for ‘Quickbuyers’ on Google Maps.
According to its Feefo listing, the company can “complete in a timescale to suit our customer” and other competitors state that it offers between 75 and 85% of your home’s value when you get in touch.
Feefo currently displays a different registered address at Sycamore House, 10 Manchester Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1BG, and also has a notice to explain that “quickbuyers.co.uk is no longer an active Feefo customer.” So, the company doesn’t appear to be actively collecting reviews.
The last review of a total of 717 was published in June 2021, which, together with the inactive website, would suggest the company is no longer in operation. A search on WHOIS shows us that the domain name is due to expire at the end of September 2025.
Many of the reviews on Feefo appear to be very positive, with only two one-star reviews present from nameless customers:
“They can keep clients upto date and contact them with any news instead of leaving the customer to have to get in touch and chase up updates”
Date of experience: 03/03/2020
“I didn't continue to let you buy my house I sold it privatley for the asking price”
Date of experience: 30/09/2018
Some of the five-star reviews on Feefo, of which there are 510, describe “very good customer service” and a “prompt, honest and friendly” approach, so many people were happy with the cash house buyer company.
The aforementioned ‘Quickbuyers’ listing on Google Maps has a total of just 17 reviews with an average rating of 3.4 out of 5, but the most recent one posted there was a one-star review three years ago with no additional context.
A user called Verity Booth did, however, post a five-star review in 2020:
“Quickbuyers were very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. They have my late grandmother's house valued and then made an offer which myself and my family were happy with. The whole process took a couple of weeks from calling them to getting the money. Highly recommend if you want a fast hassle free sale.”

Every business has its positive and negative points about the service and we have pulled together our evaluation of some of those for Quick Buyers here. Our caveat is that some of these pros and cons were collected when the company’s website was live, so it’s not clear whether or not they are still true to the service on offer (if, indeed, it still exists).
Advantages of Quick Buyers | Disadvantages of Quick Buyers |
---|---|
✔️ Regulated by The Property Ombudsman and The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) | ❌ The quoted sale time is inconsistent throughout the site, but it’s mostly two weeks, which is slower than a lot of house buyers |
✔️ No fees upfront or on completion | ❌ There’s no mention of Quick Buyers using its own cash reserves or relying on the slower route of investors instead |
✔️ Free legal service worth up to £1,000 | ❌ No service available in Scotland |
❌ The website is down and the company appears to be inactive |
Since it appears that Quick Buyers is no longer in operation, we can only point you in the direction of our fast house sale services as a cash buyer company.
What Quick Buyers offered was similar to our offering at The Property Buying Company, which means that anyone searching for a quick house buyer is in luck—we can buy your house in as little as seven days and save you the trouble of waiting for months on the open market (or wasting time searching for companies that don’t exist anymore).
If you are ready to sell and you want a quick solution, whether it’s to move into your dream property or sell one you don’t need or want anymore, our property experts are here to help. Our cash reserves mean you can sell your house quickly to a legitimate buyer and avoid all the headaches of using estate agents, selling privately or going to a property auction in your local area.
