Are we legitimate?

Can we really buy that fast?

Yes - we really can & do. Although we are able to buy in 7 days, it’s rare that people are ready to move that quickly, so our average is more around the 2-3 week mark.

The reason we’re able to move so quickly is primarily because we don’t require a mortgage, which saves a lot of time - but on top of that we also work with solicitors that we recommend, who are able to fast track our purchases.

Are we really free?

Once agreed, is the sale guaranteed?

That’s a tough one - yes, as long as everything is described, the sale is guaranteed. Buying a property isn’t like buying a loaf of bread, and there can be things that come up on the survey that severely impact value, which we would have to discuss, so we can’t completely guarantee it from that first conversation.

How do we make money?

We take a risk in doing this, with something as high value as a house & with the forever changing house prices, not every property makes money.

Do you need to view my property & get a survey?

We don’t view every property that we buy, but we do try to view most. We also typically get a survey on every property we directly purchase.

Don’t you just take advantage of those in debt?

No, not at all. This is a common misconception, but most of the people we buy from are simply moving on, we also legally can’t leave people in negative equity. 

There are a small percentage (below 5%) of people that come to us with debt-related issues & in a tricky situation. On these types of enquiries, we always take the utmost care & ensure that we offer a service that would benefit them.
