But first, let us tell you a little bit about what this central London pad has to offer for any would-be owners. The property boasts 240 bedrooms, a measly 78 bathrooms, 19 staterooms, and a 39-acre garden. The Purchasing Process

The team began looking into the location, grounds, and similar castles and palaces to get a price comparison as part of the valuation process. This was then passed to the in-house valuator.

Head of Valuation and Development, Nick, had this to say “I considered the key features, ranging from a swimming pool, on-site doctors surgery, post office, gated security, with local amenities within walking distance including Hyde Park and the West End, St James’ Park, and Victoria Mainline Station. I had to take into account the price per square foot in the SW1A postcode area, which currently stands at around £2,869.00 per sqft, alongside the stunning grounds that the palace is situated. We would then look to purchase this, in cash, covering all solicitors fees, completing in less than 28 days.”

From the point of having the offer accepted, the team of experts get to work, liaising with solicitors and working within a designated time frame. In this case, even a transaction of this scale would be completed in under 28 days.
