This exciting role is an integral part of our business as the individual will be required to proactively manage the progress of high-volume property sales, whilst supporting customers with effective advice and guidance. If you are successful with your application, you can look forward to taking care of our vendors on the journey to buy and selling their properties which will include taking responsibility for notifying relevant parties regarding their schedule. You will also have to stay on top of all customer cases, as well as communicating with other departments regarding the progress of properties. So let’s hope you are resilient! There’s more, you will also be tasked with supporting the IPS team members with their properties which will include checking the office copies and titles as well as land registry applications. The work is varied as it will involve managing relationships with 3rd party organisations, arranging contracts for signing, arranging property surveys, and creating brochures.
Great time management is paramount (because you are going to be busy), so clearly speed of delivery is critical to this role (think you are still up to it?). On top of all that we expect you to have great organisational skills as you will be expected to keep pace and, in some cases, stay ahead of the market.
Let’s now hope you have an excellent telephone manner coupled with great rapport building skills (although you should also be able to remain calm under pressure – just in case!). We hope you will be great at solving problems and keep your eye on the ball when it comes to hitting targets. Experience of the conveyancing process would be useful.

In addition to a basic salary, which is commensurate based on experience, the role also offers bonus, a free on-site gym, pension, and free parking.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00am to 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
