Founded in 2009, Tepilo is an online estate agents who claim they have redesigned the property selling process around the customer. They say that they charge a fraction of the cost to help you sell quickly and for the best possible price. On average, Tepilo say that they find a buyer in under 60 days, save customers £5,120 in fees, and achieve 98% of the last advertised price.

Watch out for Tepilo's extra charges - they're hidden within their FAQ drop downs underneath the classic package. They offer a Viewings Package for an extra £360 where they can manage and host your viewings. Unfortunately Tepilo don't offer a no-sale, no-fee option like some of their competitors. They do allow you to pay on completion or 10 months after completion, whichever is first.
EPC is an extra, at a cost of £90. They claim this is because some people already have a valid EPC.
Solicitor fees are not included. The base fee for their conveyancers is £699 plus disbursements plus VAT. However if you are on their pay later package, and choose not to use their conveyancers, there is a £360 surcharge to opt out of this service.
