  2. Recieve an offer in 24 hours - Good Move then provide an offer in principle in which if you accept they will instruct an Asset Management Company to arrange a further valution as well as getting two more valuation on your property. This is at no cost to the homeowners. Once the valuations come back Good Move will formalise the offer which is subject to a RICS survey.
  3. Exchange & Completion - Once both parties are happy the completion date will be agreed upon and they will complete the purchase of your home for cash.
