We are seeking an Administrator who will be one of the first points of contact for our Investors.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service whilst being conscious of the investor, vendor and the Company’s transaction timescale requirements.

What will you being doing?

You will be required to qualify and register new investors to make sure they have the correct documentation in place.

Throughout the transaction we will look to you to maintain ongoing communication with the investors. You will also have to be on the ball by arranging for contracts to signed and returned.

The role involves general administrative work for the Souring team, so you should be excellent at MSOffice products including Excel and Word. A background in property would be useful.

You will have responsibility for overseeing the sales progression of every property the department manages, ensuring you deal with any issues as and when they arise.

You should be a team player and willing to go that extra mile to make sure you stay ahead of the competition. Maintaining contact with investors is essential and market awareness is critical as you may need to make recommendations to adjust property prices.

Role requirements

Great time management is paramount, with speed of delivery critical to this role and organisational skills are essential as you will be expected to keep pace and, in some cases, stay ahead of the market.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

  • Administrative work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Working hours

Hours are Monday-Thursday 09:00am to 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
