I have experience in the property industry through my work with my family’s property business, I helped manage various properties which involved coordinating maintenance, handling tenant relations, ensuring properties were well presented and marketed effectively. This hands-on experience has given me a solid foundation in property management, client interaction and a clear understanding of the property market, all of which I can relate to my current role here.

My role at The Property Buying Company is a Junior Property Consultant.

My role is important because I help identify and nurture client relationships, ensure a deep understanding of their needs. I can provide valuable insights into the latest market dynamics and I contribute to informed decision making, enhancing client loyalty and satisfaction.

My proudest moment here was carrying out my first phone call, although I was nervous initially, I managed to engage with the customer confidentiality and help exceed the vendors needs. I also made sure to share our company values with the vendor.

I’d say the most challenging moment for me was attending the first day here, I was given an exceptional amount of information which was overwhelming at first. As days have passed, I have understood more about what the role entails and settled into the office environment.

My hobbies outside work include songwriting, singing, playing guitar and socialising.
