My name is Tanvir, but everyone calls me Tan. I’m a Customer Service Administrator here at The Property Buying Company. I work closely with Olivia to ensure all your customer needs are met. I am a committed team player with an immense amount of enthusiasm. Trust and respect are at the heart of my work ethic.
A major part of my role is to assist vendors with their client care documents. I am the first point of contact for the vendors to assist with all queries.

What’s been your proudest moment in the job?
I have been awarded multiple awards for providing great customer service in my previous roles.
What’s been your most challenging moment?
In one of my previous roles, we had a disgruntled customer who was unhappy with her purchase. I offered to speak with her and took the time to listen to her concerns. Once she was calm, I offered her various options to help resolve the issue.
When she decided on the solution that best suited her, she thanked me for my time and ended up making another purchase with us in the future. While I helped rectify this situation, I also ensured we kept her as a customer.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
My interests include visiting the gym, badminton and cooking up a BBQ in summer. In my spare time, I am a father who loves cooking and trying out new recipes
