I have extensive experience in property redevelopment, project management and planning, as well as in property sales and management. I started in the construction trade, gathered a range of knowledge across various property aspects, and eventually ran my own property redevelopment firm and investment portfolio.

As a Regional Manager at The Property Buying Company, my role involves project managing property redevelopments, negotiating property purchases at below-market value prices, and supporting our property consultants. I also represent the company in meetings with vendors and ensure we follow industry best practices.

Customers should want to deal with me because I bring a wealth of experience, strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the property market. I am dedicated to providing a high-quality service that will leave our customers happy and satisfied after every encounter.

My proudest moment while working at The Property Buying Company has been being able to leverage my knowledge learnt here, to start and build my own property portfolio business.

My most challenging moments occur when a customer’s expectations don’t align with the valuations or final cash offers provided by the company.

It can be difficult because I genuinely want the best for both the customer and the company. In these situations, I make every effort to explain our pricing with empathy and understanding, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.

Outside of work, I enjoy managing my personal property portfolio, staying active in both the property market and the gym, and exploring the latest trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
