Hi, I’m Justine and I work in the Progressions Department as a Regional Manager.

It’s my role to pretty much buy and sell the properties that the company deal with, if you’re a customer of ours you may hear from me in answering certain enquiries in the selling process and I’m here to help resolve any issues and ensure that you get a seamless service – and most importantly, complete in line with your expectations.

Get to know Justine
What experience do you have in property?

You could say I’ve got quite a bit of experience in the industry, having spent 25 years in it! Over that time I’ve built up a vast knowledge that covers pretty much all aspects of property including any changes in the law that may affect us as it’s all part of ensuring that you get the best service possible.

What’s your role at The Property Buying Company?

As the Regional Progression Manager I oversee any of the sales or purchases that the company do. The main aspect of the role is to ensure that everything is completed within the strict deadlines and everything goes off without a hitch.

Why should customers want to deal with you (what makes you special?)

You should want to deal with me because I’m one of the main people who takes all the stress and hassle out of the process. I’m here to assist throughout the whole sale process from the initial client care until completion, with the assistance of the logistic team.

I make it my mission to ensure that everything complete to the timescales required, regularly providing updates and answering any questions that the sellers may have – all with the aim of just making everything easier for them!

What’s been your most challenging moment?

When I first joined the company there was no progression department at all, so I would have to say the most challenging moment was definitely setting all of that up and getting it running in a way that positively impacted the timescales of purchases. Despite the challenge, it's been very succesful and we've now got a process that's extremely benificial to our customers.

Following just behind that in a close second I would have to say getting used to working from home during lockdown as that presented several challenges we had to overcome. We managed it though, and we succesfully kept everything running throughout the whole period, which I'm really proud of!

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Travelling and dabbling in the stock markets

I love to travel, and try to do as much of it as possible – although again, Coronavirus has made this trickier! I also dabble in the stock market outside of this, just as a bit of fun.
