What experience do you have in property?

I’m actually new to the property industry, I’ve only just started my career in the industry with my role here at The Property Buying Company. That being said, I have learned so much in my short time here and picked up the ropes very quickly, being surrounding by experts has definitely helped!

I have really found a passion for this as a career and I want to continue learning as much about property as I possibly can.

What’s your role at The Property Buying Company?

I am a Sales Support Executive at The Property Buying Company, it’s my role to help you, as the vendor, sell your property. When you’ve agreed to sell to us through one of our Property Consultants, I’ll become your main point of content and I will be providing you with regular updates and ensuring that the process is as smooth as possible, and ensuring we complete by the date agreed.

Why should customers want to deal with you?

I’m really big on the personal aspect of the service, I believe that I have to get to know you to really understand how I can best help you. I’m a friendly and bubbly individual, but like to keep things professional – I’m always just a phone call away and able to help anyone who needs it, whether it’s for a little update or just a general chat around the property or questions that you may have.

What’s been your most challenging moment?

I’ve got to say my most challenging moment at work was when I had to work from home for a period. I really thrive in a busy atmosphere, and it’s really important for my learning that I can constantly hear conversations and discussions about property – which you completely miss being at home.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding and rugby.

I tend to spend most of my weekends cooking and going for long walks with my partner and friends.

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Approachable, reliable, and honest.
